2012 Annual Exhibition

Ashford Photographic Society's 2012 Annual Exhibition of prints will be open for viewing in Unit 31 of County Square shopping centre in Ashford.

The official opening will be between 17.00h and 19.00h on Thursday 16th August and will continue daily, during normal shop opening hours, until Sunday 26th August.

As well as viewing our prints you have the opportunity to talk to our members about club activities.

Ashford Photographic Society success at the Kent County Photographic Association Exhibition

The 2012 Print Exhibition of the Kent County Photographic Association was on display from 23rd March to 30th June 2012. This annual exhibition aims to represent the best prints produced by members of the photographic societies in Kent over the previous year. The exhibition always attracts a very large number of entries (this year over 1300): the entries are judged by a panel of nationally-recognised judges, so to have a print accepted in the exhibition is quite an achievement.
This year was very successful for members of APS. Of particular note, Philip Hinton was awarded a prestigious PAGB Ribbon for his picture "A Moment Of Meditation" - congratulations!
